Taryn McDade

Taryn possesses almost two decades of experience within the property industry. Her career started as a traditional estate agent in London, and she quickly progressed into managing the branch. Within her 14 years as an estate agent, Taryn was involved in 1000s of property transactions and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the property buying and selling process from start to finish. While highly successful in generating new business, most of Taryn’s success came from repeat business and recommendations due to her unrivalled levels of customer service. Taryn places great pride in her openness, integrity, and ability to communicate openly and honestly with clients. This manifested into winning back-to-back awards with the industry recognised ‘All Agents Best Estate and Letting Agents’.

Taryn moved to Chester 4 years ago and has worked within the property investment sector ever since. For the first two years, she headed a ‘client care’ team, transforming a department to ensure that exchange was met in record-breaking time, and this was done whilst all involved (investors, developers, solicitors, and staff) were happy. For the previous two years, she has enjoyed the consultancy role and helping clients to achieve their investment dreams. This has proven to be the perfect role for Taryn and her ability to get to know clients and their needs on a personable level; this approach has led Taryn to significant success and, within the last two years, transacted on over £12.1M of property sales. Taryn prides GETS on providing excellent customer relations whilst achieving phenomenal sales records.

Outside of work Taryn also takes a keen interest in charitable activities, having previously volunteered with some of the highest-profile charities in the country, including Great Ormond Street Hospital and Shelter, a homeless charity close to Taryn’s heart. Taryn has just recently joined the Wirral Ark, another homeless charity in the Wirral, as part of their project called ‘The Bridge’. She is looking forward to involving GETS in some local charity projects. Taryn is also a mother of a young daughter and takes delight in doing everything a 16-month-old loves – swimming, dancing and generally having lots of fun!
