Homelessness is a pressing issue in our community, and it is our responsibility as a socially conscious company to extend our support to those in need. By partnering with Wirral Ark homeless charity, we can make a significant positive impact on the lives of individuals struggling with homelessness.

The average life expectancy of a homeless person is 44 and 1 in 3 rough sleepers have been victims of domestic violence, the chronic housing shortage in Britain today, rising costs of living and unemployment are adding to the amount of people forced into living on the streets.

Wirral Ark have been fighting homelessness for 30 years by uniting businesses, communities, and local government to raise funds and awareness to prevent homelessness and inspire people to transform their lives. Through their accommodation, wrap around professional services and support they help vulnerable people achieve positive outcomes.

For every property sold here at GETS Property we make a direct donation to Wirral Ark to cover the cost for one nights shelter for a local homeless person. We are forging long-term relationships with our friends at the Ark, and participating in volunteering and fundraising activities will enable us to have an even greater impact over time.
